FOS Notes ’bout Nuthin:

The No. 1 2021 QB Caleb Williams in America Makes His Decision the 4th!!

The three finalists for this young man from Gonzaga, Washington, D.C. are Maryland, LSU, and Oklahoma!!  B in T is going out on a homer limb and picking the SOONERS as the team he wears the cap for!!  Legend says that Caleb once threw a mighty mite football 106 yards with a slight wind!!  Google it!  According to suburban legend his sophomore year he once jumped over 2 cheerleaders at the same time, saving them both with severe concussions!!  Mr. Williams has some speed in his tank according to his high school coaches!!  He ran a 4.95 forty yard dash.............. backward!!

FOS College Football Picks and FOS Pumpkin Man will be back in September!  CORONAVIRUS ITS TIME TO GO BYE-BYE!!

New Razorback Coach Has Cahonas!

First of all, new Razorback Coach Sam Pittman recommended that Hogs consider moving to a new conference like the Big 12 or the American Athletic Conference!!  At that point his team has a chance to win 7 or 8 games instead of losing 7 or 8 games every year for eternity!!!  This much better chance of keeping his gig as Razorback HC!!
The second item he recommended to the board was to change the Razorback name to Arkansas Razormurder Backhornets!  New name - new conference!!  Probably not!!  FOS again thinking outside the box!!

PLEASE HAVE A FOOTBALL SEASON 2020!!

FOS - B in T Annual Fireworks and Cookout Tradition at the Blackwell Morrill Farm!!

This year's agenda includes:
Watermelon πŸ‰ seed spitting contest this event has been won three years in a row by nephew Braden who is also the Kay county Fair seed spitting contest winner from 2019!!  He is known for his blowing power and seed spitting angles!!

Barbeque Cookoff Contest - The husband and wife team of Jason and Amy (cousins of Mr. and Mrs. B in T) have smoked close to a ton of meat over the years at the Blackwell Family Fourth of July!!  This year they have added smoked frog legs, smoked armadillo I35 roadkill, and grilled bull testicles to their award-winning lineup of food!!

6-pack Minimum I35 Golf Ball Driving Contest-
You must drink an entire 6-pack of Coor light silver bullet beer before you fire your first shot of the tee toward the I35 highway!!  Andre the Giant, golfer from Brazil, has won this contest each year and simply using a number 2 laddie pencil as a tee!!  True story, no shat!!
Once the Fireworks commence starting, myself and my super cool brother in law Mike, take a fire extinguisher and head to each side of the wheat field and prepare to battle any type of blaze that may develop from wind shifts or faulty fireworks!!  Almost ten years ago a bottle rocket went sideways and blew 5-inch hole in my Lee jeans and singed my left butt cheek!!  About 8 years ago my brother in law Mike was on fire extinguisher duty on the south side of the wheat field when a final enormous firework was lit and parts of this beast landed on Mike catching his hair on fire!!  Mike was forced to use the fire extinguisher foam on himself to douse the very humorous self-inflicted fire πŸ”₯!!This was fortunately caught on camera and sent to Americas Funniest Home Videos (AFV) where it did not place but was seen by the entire nation!

FOS Top 7 College Football Facilities:
  1.  Oregon
This project was funded by Nike founder Phil Knight and cost $68 million dollars for 145,000 square feet of paradise. You are greeted in a huge lobby area with 64 TVs that can project a single image that will instantly let you know that you are in a premier facility. A lot of these facilities have sort of the same things but Oregon uses materials such as Brazilian hardwood for their weight room and Italian leather in their player's lounge.

2.  Texas A&M

Texas A&M plays at one of the biggest stadiums in all of college sports so it would make sense after a $500 million dollar stadium renovation that they would also upgrade their football facility. The Bright Football Complex underwent a renovation that cost $20.8 million and it doesn’t disappoint!

3.  Ohio State
Ohio State has an older facility but it continues to receive massive expansions so it can keep up with some of the big names in college football. Ohio State is consistently competing for national titles and they have rewarded their players with everything they could ask for when they are getting ready for the next game. It has it all including, cryotherapy chambers, sleep pods, and many other recovery tools for athletes.

4. Clemson
The Tigers facility cost a cool $55 million and opened in 2017. The projected includes two bowling lanes, a golf simulator, multiple pool and ping-pong tables, and an outdoor basketball court. That isn’t all though there is even a 9 hole mini golf course on the complex.

5.  Texas.
Their actual complex has a lot of the things we see at other programs but they made big news after debuting their new $7 million dollar locker room in 2017. They reportedly cost $8,700 for each individual locker and if you saw these things you would know why. Instead of using wood each locker is made of stainless steel!
6. Michigan
Michigan used some of the money from their new Jordan sponsorship deal to open a 280,000 square foot performance center that cost a cool $168 million dollars. This isn’t just for football but it is still one of the best all-around places in the country. Specifically for football Michigan got a $14.8 million dollar upgrade and a weight room that puts other universities to shame. Michigan may be underperforming on the field but they aren’t struggling for cash and we will likely see some big things from them in the future.

7. Oklahoma

Oklahoma has been a program that is a mainstay near the top of the rankings and at the top of the Big 12 conference. This has paid off and they now spend their time at a brand new 132,000 square foot football complex. 32,000 square feet of the place is a training facility that is more than 3x the size of what they had in the previous complex and even features a 70 yard training area. They also pay homage to those who came before them with their Heisman hallway and displays of the notable achievements in the history of the program. Even head coach Lincoln Riley’s office looks like something that you would see in the White House not a college football complex.

8 Union High School Facility
The 2019 Union Facility Bond for 23 million dollars makes this the top high school facility in the nation!  This is deserving of being in the FOS top 7 of college facilities!  Just saying!  This facility will not be completed until 2021.  Many road games for the team in 2020!

FOS Bobbleheads:
