Brother Bob Curran, one of B in T’s Tulsa LXA field reps, reports that brother Bill Worman was recently selected by Lambda Chi Alpha headquarters to receive the Order of Merit award‼️This award goes to alumni that give exceptional long-time service to chapters. Bill is only the fourth member from the Tulsa Lambda Chi chapter to ever receive the honor. The others include C.I. Duncan, Hart Hix, and Joe Warlick. Bill will receive the award in Kansas City at the LCA International Convention in July!

Normally I know the Memphis Redbirds Triple A lineup for my Cardinals but this year there are dudes I have never heard of from other teams on St. Louis’ and Memphis’ rosters‼️ To be honest I am kind of stoked that the 2026 new upper management studs are making moves to get the Cardinal minors top-notch! The results are still in the process of evaluation by the B in T staff‼️ Ha! But a good start!

Cade Horton suffers injury
Pitcher Cade Horton left his last start with forearm discomfort, heading to Chicago for tests as fans fear a serious, season-ending injury‼️ Chicago Cubs pitcher Cade Horton underwent season-ending right elbow surgery (revision repair of the ulnar collateral ligament with an internal brace) performed by Dr. Keith Meister in April 2026. The injury, which involved significant elbow discomfort and a, causes him to miss the entire 2026 season, with an expected 15-16 month recovery timeline. Ouch‼️

So far in 2026, Jac Caglianone is hitting .250/.325/.306 across 30 games played. He has recorded 9 doubles and 2 home runs, though! The power will surely return at some point! The Royals believe Caglianone features the talent and potential to become a star at the MLB level!! Royal fans like Colin M., Jay U., and myself certainly excited about Caglianone's since he hit a home run at Driller Park in 2025‼️With B in T in attendance‼️ Go Jac‼️

The Los Angeles Dodgers may soon see the payoff from the Michael Busch trade. LA isn't losing sleep over Busch's success with the Chicago Cubs; he was never going to unseat Freddie Freeman or Max Muncy in the infield, and they managed to net two top prospects from the Cubs. Outfielder the Zohar Hope is zooming up the minor league ranks and starting pitcher Jackson Ferris is one step closer to the major league level‼️

A dozen games into the regular season, the Brewers already have employed seven starting pitchers! There will be more. In each of the past two seasons, the Brewers have had 17 different pitchers start a game, matching a franchise record first set by the 1969 Seattle Pilots! The all-time mark, if you’re wondering, belongs to the A’s, who had 24 different pitchers start at least one game in 1915, when they were based in Philadelphia, and again in 2023, when they called Oakland home‼️No shat bro‼️
