🏀Oklahoma State with second-year coach Lutz has led them to a slight possible NCAA tourney bid and an 16-8 record in the tuff Big 12!! The Cowboy student body stormed the GIA Eddie Sutton court with a STATEMENT win over BYU! I can see Eddie Sutton scowl in Heaven with students rushing the court after a win over a team which was only favored by 2 at tip-off! But coach Sutton is WATCHING STUDENTS👀‼️

🏀Groniger Arena (formerly known as Lantz Arena) serves as the home for EIU men's basketball, women's basketball and volleyball. The venue seats 5,400 people and is also used for concerts, conventions and graduation ceremonies. In 2007, EIU had its first nationally televised game played in Lantz Arena when the men's basketball team hosted Samford University on February 3 in a game broadcast by ESPN2.
Housed within the complex are Lantz Arena, Lantz Indoor Fieldhouse, Ray Padovan Pool, new Panther Athletic Academic Center, student recreation center and offices for athletic staff and physical education instructors.

For the second time this season, Jawlen Lawal was named the American Conference Freshman of the Week, the league announced on Monday.
Lawal had a monster performance in Tulsa's 49-point victory over Rice on Wednesday. The freshman scored a career-high 25 points, the most by a freshman this season in the American Conference. He scored 21 of his 25 points in the second half, matching Rice's offensive output over the final 20 minutes of action‼️ Against the Roadrunners Lawal scored 20 points, 8 assists and 4 NIL offers from different Big 12 teams‼️
🏀The University of Tulsa's Dora Toman has been named the American Conference Freshman of the Week for the third time this season, announced Monday by the league. The guard from Budapest, Hungary, now stands alone as the league leader in Freshman of the Week awards.
Toman was all over the floor for the Golden Hurricane's conference-opening win over Wichita State, stuffing the statsheet with eight points, a team-leading five assists, two steals and two rebounds. She enters the week ranked sixth in the American for steals (2.08), eighth in assist/turnover ratio (1.37), 10th in assists (3.15), 15th in blocks (0.69) and 18th in rebounds (5.62) per game! The future looks bright for the Hurricane men and women‼️
