I am so proud to be associated with the Center Tulsa Twister Paralympic athletes‼️ The Boccia Twister ladies and gents went to the Paralympic training facility at Lakeshore in Birmingham, Alabama and represented‼️ The numbers were not perfect but the effort was‼️I love these folks! The team brought back a silver medal from the nation's top Boccia competition and from the largest National Boccia tournament ever‼️ Also the Center’s first National Boccia Medal‼️ Thanks to many of the readers of this blog who helped financially make the dreams of the Center Para Athletes possible!

Bobblehead Sports:
This week I am using a new venue for Bobblehead Sports from my childhood.
My Dad came to town one weekend in 1971-ish and went to a Triple-A game at old Oiler Park! The Dodgers AAA team Albuquerque vs the Cardinals’ AAA Oiler team! My dad was a huge Dodger fan but was polite and complimented the heck out of my Cardinals/Oilers! I told him about this young phenom SS named Gary Templeton who was eventually traded for Ozzie Smith in 1982. In Tulsa that day shortstop Jerry Royster hit 2 homers for the AAA Dodgers who won the game 6-2! My hero Templeton made 3 errors at SS…….IN THE SAME FRICKIN INNING‼️‼️OMG! That was the only game I attended with my Dad, but boy was it Memorable‼️

🏈Some media dude from Bangor, Maine is trying to tell B in T that a 6’8” 308lb nose guard from Beggs, Oklahoma is gonna be good! You think my Bangor friend is effen gonna know more than Bryan in Tulsa what star ranking this 16-year-old is‼️
For example Oklahoma’s recentrecruits: Arguably the three most nationally acclaimed players on OU’s roster right now? R Mason Thomas (three-star), Jaydn Ott (three-star), John Mateer (two-star).
whole point is that they’re going to go find more of those guys before they go to places like Cal and Washington State. And by no means is OU going to stop recruiting industry blue-chippers altogether. The two aren’t mutually exclusive‼️

Three Card pitchers just have plain ole sucked recently! The King Pin Palante, Fredde Kruger, and Miles ‘of homers’ Mikolas are very bad, butt suck more on the road with all 3 combined for a 8.13 ERA over their last 6 road starts‼️ Horrid‼️

As B in T predicted a dominant performance from my wuvable Cubbies, he is also projecting Pete Crow Armstrong III Esqire to be NL MVP, Carter Hawkins GM of the Year, Craig Council Manager of the Year, and Bobby Curran Cubby Fan of the Year!!
Royals
Almost a rookie sensation, Jac Calgongiovini is batting .143 and has 4 homers in 156 at-bats in the majors! Ouch! In AAA and AA ball he had 15 HRs in 255 at-bats‼️ Really Ouchie‼️

The Dodgers are in first place in the NL West by 38 games blah blah blah!

Dad and Tre had this thing about being a Dodger fan in the middle of Cardinal country, Springfield, Mo. They would wear their Dodger blue hats and go to Spradlin Market and ram their grocery carts into anyone with Cardinal red. Then RUN‼️ The two were known as the Cardinal Cart Killers!

How ‘bout them Stros! Playoff tickets went on sale last week for 2026‼️ Stros fans have gathered up 232 tickets for the 2026 World Series! Just blowing by 2025! Cocky sum bitches‼️
